Job summary

RetailWise is seeking a Category Lead - Supplements to drive performance, growth, and profitability of the supplements category. You will lead category planning, product assortment, supplier management, pricing strategy, and promotional execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field, with 3–4 years in category/product/brand management in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field.
• 3–4 years in category, product, or brand management within pharma/healthcare/FMCG.
• Strong understanding of vitamins, dietary supplements, and OTC products; regulatory requirements (FDA Philippines).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category plans to achieve sales, margin, and market share targets.
• Analyze category performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage product assortment, ensuring the right mix of SKUs aligned with customer demand.
• Lead product lifecycle management from sourcing to discontinuation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for new product development and launches.
• Ensure all products comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Negotiate pricing, trade terms, and promotional support.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market conditions.
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store/online activations.
