Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Casting Talent specialist in the Philippines to hunt fresh faces and charismatic creators for beauty, fashion, and tech brands. You will build and manage a diverse roster of actors, models, UGC creators, and real people, aligning talent with strategic briefs and ROAS goals.

You’ll evaluate on‑camera presence, conduct auditions, and negotiate rates and usage rights while maintaining strong relationships with talent and agents.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years casting or influencer marketing experience.
• Strong English, excellent communication, and fast responsiveness.
• Inclusive approach with diverse talent sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Scout and source creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and casting platforms.
• Vet self-tapes for charisma and on-camera presence; assess lighting for remote creators.
• Manage talent relationships and brief on project requirements.
• Maintain a tagged, searchable talent database for rapid campaign deployment.
