About the role

Become the Cashiering Supervisor at Super 50 Corp. and lead a team delivering exceptional customer service at our vibrant Dumaguete City store. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all cashiering operations and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of cash handling processes.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and train a team of cashiers to provide prompt, friendly service to customers

• Monitor cash handling and reconciliation procedures to maintain financial integrity

• Identify and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner

• Develop and implement operational improvements to streamline cashiering workflows

• Support other store functions as needed to ensure seamless retail operations

• Liaise with head office on reporting, audits and policy compliance

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' experience in a retail cashiering or supervisory role

• Strong numeracy and cash handling skills with an eye for detail

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities

• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of cashiers

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail technology

• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing priorities
