Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
• Knowledgeable in operating POS (Point-of-Sale) systems.
• Strong numerical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, and demonstrates good moral character and integrity.
• Residing in or near Makati, Taguig, or nearby areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate daily sales reports and collection summaries.
• Accept and process payments for all departments using established cash handling procedures.
• Verify official receipts before submission to the Accounting team.
• Prepare deposit slips for daily cash and check collections.
• Deposit daily cash and check collections to the designated bank.
• Prepare daily collection reports for each department.
• Process and reconcile daily credit card transactions and settlements.
• Prepare transmittal reports and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service while handling payment transactions.
