R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a dedicated Cashier to support daily store operations in the Philippines. The role emphasizes customer service, sales generation, and staff motivation to ensure an outstanding shopper experience.

The successful candidate will have cashier experience, be target-driven, and ready to coach a retail team in a fast-paced environment. Mall-based scheduling and regional flexibility are expected as openings are available nationwide.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience as a cashier.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred.
