Job summary

Kultura Store Inc. is hiring a Cashier to deliver excellent customer service at our retail locations in Taguig, Makati, Pasay, Mandaluyong, North Edsa and San Juan City.

You will handle all cash and payment transactions and participate in a four-day classroom and hands-on training (with pay) to prepare you for success in store operations. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, friendly, proactive service, and maintaining a clean checkout area.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or retail experience, preferred but not required.
• At least Senior High School graduate.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
• Can work efficiently in a customer-focus environment.
• Can manage a schedule that includes work on weekends and holidays (with holiday premium pay).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately process customer purchases, handle cash, credit/debit card and mobile payments.
• Provide customer service by answering questions, assisting with inquiries, and resolving any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Adhere to all cash handling procedures and security measures.
