• Manage Cash: Count the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, calculate exact change, and reconcile totals to balance receipts.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer product questions, apply coupons, and issue receipts or tickets.
• Handle Returns: Process merchandise exchanges, store credits, or refunds according to company policy.
• Maintain Area: Keep the checkout station clean, organized, and stocked with bags and receipt paper
