Job Description

Process Payments: Accept and process payments in the form of cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, or mobile payments.

Issue Receipts: Provide customers with receipts for their purchases, ensuring the information is correct.

Greet Customers: Welcome customers as they approach the register, offering a friendly and professional attitude.

Assist with Inquiries: Answer customer questions about products, services, or store policies, or direct them to other staff members if necessary.

Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
