Your Majesty Leisure Corp is seeking a diligent Cashier to support restaurant, KTV, or superclub operations in Metro Manila. The role requires handling payments, operating POS systems, and maintaining accurate cash records with an ability to perform manual cashiering when needed.

The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills, excellent customer service, and can work under pressure during fast-paced shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process cash, card, e-wallet, and other approved payments.
• Operate the POS system and accurately record transactions.
• Perform manual cashiering and manual computation when required.
• Prepare and verify customer bills, discounts, promotions, voids, and refunds.
• Receive payments and provide correct change.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Reconcile cash, receipts, POS records, and sales at the end of each shift.
• Prepare daily cash and sales reports.
• Report cash discrepancies and irregular transactions immediately.
• Safeguard cash and other payment instruments.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding customer transactions.
• Follow company cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for processing customer payments, operating the POS system, handling cash, preparing bills, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate daily sales and cash reconciliation. Must be capable of both POS and manual cashiering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process cash, card, e-wallet, and other approved payments.

• Operate the POS system and accurately record transactions.

• Perform manual cashiering and manual computation when required or when the POS system is unavailable.

• Prepare and verify customer bills, discounts, promotions, voids, and refunds.

• Receive payments and provide correct change.
