• Deposit company funds, process withdrawals, and manage check transactions.
• Maintain accurate cash flow records, receipts, invoices, and payment logs.
• Disburse and track small operational expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Check expense claims, invoices, and disbursements to confirm legitimacy.
• Identify irregularities, discrepancies, or potential fraudulent activities.
• Must be willing to do counter checking of receipts and collect payments.
