Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth customer transactions and a positive shopping experience.
• Accept cash, credit, debit, and check payments, issue receipts, and make change accurately.
• Answer questions, provide product information, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve complaints or issues.
• Balance cash registers, maintain accurate transaction records, perform cash drops, and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and safe, following safety and security protocols.
