Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth customer transactions and a positive shopping experience.

• Answer questions, provide product information, handle returns/exchanges, resolve complaints or issues.
• Balance cash registers, maintain accurate transaction records, perform cash drops, and reconcile cash drawer at start/end of shifts.
• Keep checkout area clean, organized, and safe, following security protocols.
