• Scan or enter product information, calculate totals, and process payments through cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payment methods.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with any queries regarding products or services.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Maintain Cleanliness and Organization:

• Ensure the checkout area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., bags, receipts, etc.).
• Check inventory levels of items in the cashier area.

Handle Cash and Currency:

• Accurately handle cash transactions, ensure the correct amount of change is given, and manage cash registers.
• Ensure that cash drawers are balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
