• Possess strong basic math and cash handling skills. This includes the ability to accurately calculate totals, make change, and reconcile cash drawers.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. This includes the ability to interact with children and their parents in a friendly and patient manner, answer questions clearly, and resolve any customer issues effectively.
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule. This may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
