Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to handle cash processes for facultative assumed and ceded accounting. The role covers cash entry, reconciliation, collections support, and contract reviews within a reinsurance system.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily cash receipts and disbursements in the reinsurance system.
• Apply cash receipts and disbursements.
• Assist in collecting overdue accounts receivable/payable balances.
• Research, document, and resolve unapplied cash issues.
• Collaborate with Reinsurance Accounting to resolve cash discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly cash reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly billing statements.
• Review and post bound XOL contracts in the reinsurance system.
• Ensure SOX controls are maintained and followed.
