Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook various cuts of meat and proteins according to established recipes and culinary standards
• Perform precise carving and portioning of meats to specification, ensuring consistency and visual appeal
• Maintain the carving station with proper temperature control, hygiene, and food safety protocols
• Monitor stock levels of proteins and other station ingredients, communicating needs to the head chef
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff assigned to the carving station
• Execute orders efficiently during service, maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Ensure all meat is stored, handled, and prepared in compliance with food safety regulations
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings for the carving station
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carving station and equipment
• Collaborate with other stations and the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
