Job summary

Trax Technologies is seeking an IT project coordinator to support carrier deployments from onboarding through go-live and testing. You will work with PMs, carriers, and customers from Cebu to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

The role requires 2+ years in IT project coordination, familiarity with Smartsheet/Jira/Confluence, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Night shifts may be required to align with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in IT project coordination or deployments.
• Familiarity with Freight Audit/Pay & Transportation Logistics operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
• Understanding of logistics operations and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in carrier deployment, driving tasks with minimal guidance.
• On-board carriers from initial stage to go-live (MTP) and coordinate testing.
• Track deployment activities and report status to PM and stakeholders.
• Set up internal/external meetings and provide minutes and status updates.
• Resolve issues between carriers, internal teams, and customers.
• Maintain deployment tickets and Smartsheet updates for stakeholders.
• Analyze risks and opportunities and monitor onboarding progress.
• Act as point of contact for carrier deployment status with stakeholders.
• Organize training, kickoff, and regular calls as needed.

Key Roles & Responsibilities/ Key Job Functions:

• Assist Project Manager (PM) in all carrierdeploymentactivities by driving and managing their own set of tasks without requiring daily guidance and assignments from the PM or Department Manager
• Responsible for on-boarding the carrier from the initial stage, coordinate testing, until go live (MTP)
• Track and manage carrierdeploymentactivities with the status report submitted to the PM and stakeholders on a regular basis
• Setup internal and external meetings with the carrier and provide meeting minutes and status of the carrierdeployment
• Resolve issues between Carriers, Internal Team, and Customers (internal and external)
• Update relateddeploymenttickets and Smartsheet on a regular basis so stakeholdersareupdated on the status of the carrierdeployment
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Monitor project on-boarding progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project carrierdeploymentstatus to stakeholders
• Ensure that training, kickoff, and regular callsareorganized whenever necessary

Education, Experience & Certification Basic Requirements:

• Graduate of a 4-year course or a bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years’ experience in IT project coordination or IT projectdeployments,
• Freight Audit & Pay & Transportation Logistics, operations, process improvement or related function
• Proficiency with Microsoft office
• Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus
• Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Understanding of common logistics operations and invoicing process
• Contact center/back-office operations or shared service operations experience is a plus
• Supervisory Experience is a plus
• Assigned onsite in our Cebu Office
