Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years’ cargo industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support cargo reservations and bookings with exemplary customer service.
• Prepare flight documentation for crew and Customs and review post-flight documents.
• Coordinate effectively between engineering, airport operations, and vendors for smooth service provision.
• Monitor ramp handling procedures and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with Cargo Office to provide freighter position updates during schedule disruptions.
