Job summary

Lent Rise House in Burnham is seeking a care assistant to support residents with daily routines, personal care, and mobility in a warm, safe setting.

We welcome experienced carers and newcomers; we provide induction, ongoing training, and development, plus benefits including 28 days holiday, pension, free DBS, and opportunities to grow within a not-for-profit, people-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or willingness to undertake induction training.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and teams.

Responsibilities

Located in the heart of Burnham, close to Slough and Maidenhead, Lent Rise House offers high-quality nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia. Our focus is on delivering person-centred support in a warm, inclusive and homely setting. We also offer respite stays for individuals or carers in need of short-term support, all within a modern home designed for safety, comfort and wellbeing. We are looking for you to work as a care assistant making a real difference to our residents lives every day. Along with supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use) we are looking for the right people to genuinely care for our residents and create a happy fulfilled

life for them. Some days may be challenging but you will laugh, have fun and make lasting memories. You’ll become part of our extended family too, bringing kindness, exceptional care and dignity to our care homes. We are looking for both experienced carers and those that are new to care to build our teams with diverse people who can bring all sorts of life experience to the job.
