Job summary

E-TeleConnect, Inc., part of the Olivarez Group of Companies, is seeking a Case Manager – Non-RN to join our Parañaque team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on coordinating care, discharge planning, and efficient use of resources.

You will review client cases, collaborate with healthcare providers and support teams, and document care plans and outcomes in line with established guidelines. The ideal candidate has strong case management skills, knowledge of discharge planning, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Strong case management skills and experience coordinating services.
• Knowledge of discharge planning to ensure safe transitions.
• Experience with utilization management reviewing cases for resource use.
• Foundational nursing/medical understanding to interpret clinical information.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to protocols.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public health, allied health, or related field.
• Proficiency with computer systems and case management tools; BPO/healthcare/insurance experience is a plus.
