Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and expand the car rental operations business

• Manage the day-to-day operations and develop strategic client relationships in two key sectors: renewable energy firms and companies located in export processing zones (EPZs)

• Client Development & Sales, Administrative & Financial Oversight

• Handle negotiations, proposals, and client onboarding

• Full control over vehicle deployment, maintenance, and scheduling

• Hire, supervise, and train drivers

• Monitor and control expenses (reimbursable)

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies

• Reporting & Coordination

• Submit weekly reports at the head office in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields

• At least 3 years similar experience in Corporate Sales and Operations management in a car rental/leasing company

• Proven ability to manage field operations, staff, and clients

• With existing network of B2B customers or corporate accounts

• With strong understanding of the car rental or transport/logistics industry

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• This is a remote work but candidate must be willing to report at least once a week at the head office in Sto. Tomas, Batangas
