Job summary

VinFast Quezon Ave-Aftersales Department is seeking a vehicle service assistant to conduct thorough pre- and post-repair inspections and document vehicle conditions. You will take before/after photos and ensure work aligns with approved RO, before assisting in final quality checks and preparing the vehicle for customer release.

You will safely drive vehicles between repair, release, and pickup areas, keep the service yard organized, secure keys, and protect customer belongings.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate or automotive related education.
• Valid professional driver's license required.
• 1-2 years of experience in automotive service, dealership or vehicle handling recommended.
• Excellent driving skills and accountability.
• Ability to document vehicle conditions while ensuring safety in handling customer vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough pre-repair and post-repair vehicle inspection.
• Take before and after photos of the vehicle.
• Check the vehicle after the repair to ensure work matches the RO.
• Assist in final vehicle quality inspection and preparation prior to release.
• Safely drive the vehicle to and from the repair and releasing area.
