Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• CA or CPA qualification is advantageous.
• Experience with public and private markets.
• Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle and settlement cycles.
• Experience with custodians, brokers, and fund administrators.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade support to ensure smooth settlement with brokers and custodians.
• Deliver portfolio management reporting for the Capital team.
• Manage daily cash, trade, and FX transactions and reconciliations.
• Lead automation and process improvements in back-office operations.
• Support monthly accounts, financial statements, and audits.
• Handle tax compliance, filings, and allocations across jurisdictions.
• Support KYC and onboarding for counterparties.
• Review payments, expenses, VAT, GST returns.
