Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in capital markets consulting or financial technology, strong stakeholder skills, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude to build something new with impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Trading, Risk Management, Treasury, Operations, Finance, Capital Markets Consulting, or Financial Technology.
• Previous people management, mentoring, or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and financial products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead discussions, workshops, and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of client engagements and contribute to Mumbai practice growth.
• Perform business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design with clients.
• Ensure successful project delivery through planning, coordination, and quality oversight.
• Lead user workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer.
• Support production and BAU activities and resolve issues.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in client presentations, demos, and pre-sales activities.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery quality and team effectiveness.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage consulting teams.
