Job summary

ON Semiconductor Philippines seeks a procurement professional to lead global sourcing and supplier qualification for a designated category. You will negotiate terms, manage purchasing activities, and drive cost savings across manufacturing sites.

You will coordinate with users and stakeholders at multiple sites, apply category management and SRM practices, and resolve complex supply challenges with data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage procurement for a designated category.
• Strong skills in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier performance.
• Experience with SRM or supplier development programs.
• Analytical capabilities in spend analysis and market intelligence.
• Effective written and oral communication for cross-functional teams.

JOB SUMMARY

To be responsible for the overall procurement of the assigned category including supplier sourcing and qualification, purchase terms and conditions negotiation/agreement and subsequent administration of the purchasing activities of such category at a global level for all manufacturing sites.
