Job summary

RELX Inc. seeks a Campaign & Marketing Support professional to assist regional teams with email campaigns, activating Eloqua assets, and building optimized customer journeys.

You will monitor performance and provide insights to improve the customer experience and achieve targets through best practices. You will create end-to-end email journeys, manage canvases, test assets, and deliver post-campaign reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; marketing-related preferred.
• 1–2 years in digital and campaign management.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Understanding of customer life cycles.
• Experience creating a marketing plan or email calendar.
• Able to adapt to process improvements and changes.
• Willingness to learn AI tools for workflows.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Supports Campaign & Marketing Managers in multiple regions with email campaigns using either a straightforward approach or a holistic approach depending on the needs of the business. Handles the creation and activation of assets in Eloqua. Monitors the overall campaign performance to provide insights to business partners and to continuously improve customer experience. Helps build an optimized email campaign journey for customers and achieve targets through technical expertise and application of best practices.

Accountabilities

• Create email customer journeys and manage end-to-end email campaign support.
• Build and ensure timely activation of prescribed campaign canvases based on customer lifecycles.
• Create standard emails using prescribed templates and content provided by the marketing teams.
• Perform internal testing and quality checks to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelines.
• Create and present post-campaign reports, highlighting campaign performance and insights/recommendations.
• Manage campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring compliance with established turnaround times.
• Contribute to team initiatives and projects, including process mapping and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
• 1-2 years of experience in digital and campaign management; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Good understanding of customer life cycles
• Experience in creating a marketing plan or email comms calendar is an advantage
• Demonstrable experience in being agile and adapting to process improvements and other structural changes
• Strong ability to initiate improvement and identify opportunities to enhance current processes
• Passion to develop projects and understanding of the marketing automation discipline
• A friendly attitude and team player
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
