Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in Metro Manila to handle inquiries via phone and email, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly. You will log interactions and work with the team to improve processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in a call center or customer service role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage high call volumes with timely follow-up, including night/weekend shifts.
