We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist with expertise in the BFSI domain to join our BPO team. In this role, you will handle end-to-end sales processes for financial products and services on behalf of leading global clients. You’ll serve as a key liaison between financial institutions and their customers—building trust, educating prospects, and closing deals in a high-volume call center environment.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and respond to inbound inquiries related to banking, insurance, or investment services
  • Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into closed sales
  • Educate customers on financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, term insurance, or mutual funds
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, data privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., AML, KYC)
  • Use CRM tools to log activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics
  • Collaborate with QA, trainers, and supervisors to constantly improve pitch, product knowledge, and customer handling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in BFSI or financial accounts within the BPO industry
