Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of a group of call center associates.
• Provide regular coaching to achieve KPIs weekly.
• Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions up to termination.
• Ensure service levels meet contract KPIs and financial targets.
• Communicate expectations and provide timely updates to the team.
• Lead team meetings and organize team activities.
• Stay current on policies and procedures and participate in manager development.
• Promote company values and advocate for team members.
