Job Opportunity: Call Center Agent (Night Shift)

TASQ is seeking on-site, English-speaking call center agents for an immediate opening on a night shift account.

Pre-screening interviews will be conducted over the phone.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma acceptable
2. 1-2 years of outbound collections experience, OR
3. At least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months in Customer Care Experience (CCE)
4. Graduate degree with no CCE required if excellent communication skills are demonstrated

Additional desirable experience includes:

• Work in the service industry
• Call center experience (6 months or more)
• Healthcare industry experience (an advantage)
