Responsibilities
  • As a Customer Service Representative in the Fraud department, you will engage with consumers on behalf of the client through inbound and outbound calls.
  • This position requires strong relationship-building skills to assist customers and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • You will need to navigate multiple systems at once while effectively utilizing your computer.
  • The primary goal of this role is to safeguard the client's brand reputation and ensure a positive experience for customers.
