Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Calibration Technician to perform calibration, verification, maintenance, and documentation of inspection and test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

You will support manufacturing and quality operations, maintain calibration records, coordinate with production and engineering, and help audits related to calibration systems; a Bachelor’s in Electronics or related field and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of calibration/quality/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with calibration management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and verification of measuring and test equipment including digital/analog instruments, pressure gauges, thermometers and controllers, torque tools, micrometers/calipers/gauges, and electronic test equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of calibration equipment.
• Maintain calibration schedules and records, certificates and reports.
• Identify out-of-tolerance equipment and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, IATF 16949 and other standards.
• Support audits related to calibration systems and assist in qualification activities.
