Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment in the Philippines is hiring a Cashier, Cage to support three cage areas: Chip Bank, Front Window and Main/Cheque Bank. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, gaming chip management, and compliant financial transactions within a secure environment.

You will ensure timely service, maintain knowledge of Melco facilities, and comply with PAGCOR and ICS policies while training team members and fostering positive employee relations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and customer service in gaming or financial settings.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in monetary transactions.
• Ability to operate under PSP PAGCOR regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage chip bank inventory and perform chip transactions for assigned shift.
• Handle front window cash transactions including EFTPOS, currency, and gaming chips.
• Manage main/cheque bank cash and documents, ensuring shift-end balances and accurate records.
• Prepare and disseminate daily financial reports for management review.
