Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Cadet Engineer to support railway projects by applying technical knowledge to sub-systems and contributing to design and documentation tasks. The role focuses on drafting drawings, preparing method statements, and ensuring timely progress updates.

You will assist in planning and monitoring project schedules, while verifying quality in submissions and maintaining clear communication with the project team across all phases.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering Courses or relevant programs/degrees.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing Railway projects by providing technical knowledge on assigned sub-systems in preparing, creating and drafting design drawings and documents.
• Assist the implementation phase of the assigned sub-system by planning, developing, monitoring project schedules and ensuring milestones are met.
• Assist the project team in checking quality and accuracy in all design and drawing submissions.
• Assist the project team in preparing, creating and drafting relevant documents including method statements, delivery plan, inventory management.
• Report to management all progress related to assigned work and tasks in a timely manner.
