Job summary

Advantage Concrete Industries Corp. in Calatagan, Batangas, seeks a Cadet Engineer to join our cement manufacturing operations. The role targets licensed engineers and welcomes fresh graduates, with emphasis on strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

The position is based at our plant in Brgy. Talibayog. You will undergo a Cadet Training Program and assist in construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and related activities within the plant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed engineer in the relevant discipline.
• Preferably with at least 6 months or more of experience (fresh grads are welcome).
• Experience working in a cement manufacturing plant is a plus.
• Must have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Must undergo the Cadet Training Program and perform tasks assigned as part of the program.
• Assist in the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and other related activities in the plant.

Advantage Concrete Industries Corp. is a new cement manufacturing company with its head office in Metro Manila and with a plant situated in Brgy. Talibayog, Calatagan, Batangas.

Position: Cadet Engineer

Who you are:

• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer / Electrical/Electronics Engineer / Chemical Engineer

• Preferably with at least 6 months or more of experience (fresh grads are welcome to apply)

• Experience working for a cement manufacturing plant is a plus

• Must have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Must be amenable to working inour plant located in Brgy. Talibayog, Calatagan, Batangas.
