Job description

The role is responsible for managing day-to-day CAD operations, reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of technical drawings, assigning work, and coordinating with production and project teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in CAD software, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring that the team delivers accurate and high-quality work on time.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

• Additional certification or training in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, Civil 3D, or other CAD software is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD drafting/design.

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

• Experience managing multiple CAD projects and coordinating with production, engineering, and project teams.

• Experience reviewing technical drawings and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Technical Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Office Applications

• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, CAD standards, and design processes.

• Ability to review, interpret, and troubleshoot technical drawings and designs.
