Highpoint Property Ventures is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Operator/Design Technician to join our Commercial & Industrial Property Management team. You will prepare 2D/3D drawings and shop drawings for aluminium and glass façades, cladding, and interior fit-outs across multiple projects.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), with knowledge of SketchUp or Revit a plus.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2-3 years' experience as a CAD Operator, Draftsman, or Design Technician.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks, or BIM is an advantage.
Experience preparing shop drawings for construction, aluminium & glass, faÇade, cladding, furniture, kitchen cabinetry, or interior fit-out.
Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
Ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications.
Knowledge of construction standards and fabrication methods.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Mansioni

Prepare accurate 2D/3D CAD, shop, fabrication, and as-built drawings.
Develop drawings for construction, aluminium & glass, faÇade, cladding, furniture, and kitchen projects.
Review plans for accuracy and constructability.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, estimators, production, and site teams.
Revise drawings based on client and site requirements.
Produce fabrication and installation drawings.
Maintain drawing revisions and document control.
Ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimates.
Support projects with technical drafting and maintain organised drawing files.
