Job summary

Unilogix, Inc. is seeking a CAD Operator/Draftsman to translate concepts into precise drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp, producing 2D plans and 3D models, onsite at Merville, Parañaque.

The role collaborates with engineers, architects, and designers to finalize design specs, ensure compliance with building codes, and maintain organized records of drawings and revisions. Preferred candidate is a Technical Drafting NC II holder or a graduate in Industrial Technology with drafting focus,

Qualifications

• Preferably with Technical Drafting NC II or a graduate of Bachelor of Industrial technology Major in Drafting Technology or any relevant degree.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• An equivalent combination of training and experience may substitute for education and experience requisites.
• Willing to work as contractual/project-based.
• Willing to work Onsite - Merville, Parañaque.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D engineering drawings, schematics, floor plans, and layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp and other applicable software.
• Produce 3D designs and models when needed.
• Participate in meetings, and assist/collaborate with engineer, architect and designer to determine the design specifications and requirements in drawings and layouts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes in all technical drawings.
• Conduct site visit to gather information and measurements when necessary.
• Update and revise floor plans and layouts to maintain accuracy.
• Keep and maintain an organized record and compilation of drawings, schematics and layouts.

Job Description

The CAD Operator or Draftsman is responsible for constructing detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software based on the specifications and requirements provided by engineer, architect or project manager to transform concepts and design ideas into accurate visual representation.
