Job summary

Manila Memorial Park is seeking a Draftsman to support Lot Development & Inventory. You will prepare memorial lot inventory sales maps and other plans under supervision of the Supervisor - Lot Development & Inventory and Survey Engineer.

Responsibilities include drafting detailed 2D/3D drawings, updating site development plans, and producing official memorial lot sales maps using AutoCAD and related tools. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of engineering or drafting course.
• Proficient in drafting and drawing software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp).
• Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, prepare memorial lot inventory sales map and other plans.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp).
• Prepare Official Memorial Lot Sales Maps using AutoCAD.
• Update Site Development Plans.
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
