Job summary

MicroSourcing invites CAD Drafter – Architectural professionals to join our hybrid team in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will produce architectural drawings from design development through permit and construction documentation.

You will develop Revit models, maintain drafting standards, coordinate with MEP, and ensure compliance with building codes. US project experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of architectural drafting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience producing permit and construction document sets.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
• US project experience is required.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop, update, and maintain Revit models and AutoCAD drawing sets.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• Assist in the preparation of permit submissions and construction documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, project requirements, and company drafting standards.

Your Role

As an CAD Drafter – Architectural, you will support project teams from design development through permit and construction documentation by producing accurate architectural drawings and maintaining high-quality drafting standards.

Specifically, You Will
