Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines, seeks an Architectural Drafter for its Eastwood, Quezon City team. This hybrid role supports design development through permit and construction documentation, delivering accurate drawings and maintaining high drafting standards.

You will develop RevIt models and AutoCAD sets, coordinate with MEP and structural teams, and ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of architectural drafting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience producing permit and construction document sets.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop, update, and maintain Revit models and AutoCAD drawing sets.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP disciplines.
• Assist in permit submissions and construction documentation.

Your Role

As an Architectural Drafter, you will support project teams from design development through permit and construction documentation by producing accurate architectural drawings and maintaining high-quality drafting standards.

Specifically, You Will

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop, update, and maintain Revit models and AutoCAD drawing sets.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• Assist in the preparation of permit submissions and construction documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, project requirements, and company drafting standards.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3–5 years of architectural drafting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience producing permit and construction document sets.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing.US project experience is required.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and Revit collaboration tools.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
