Qualifications

• 3–5 years of architectural drafting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience producing permit and construction document sets.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
• US project experience is required.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop, update, and maintain Revit models and AutoCAD drawing sets.
• Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and internal feedback.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP disciplines.
• Assist in the preparation of permit submissions and construction documentation.

Your Role

As an CAD Drafter – Architectural, you will support project teams from design development through permit and construction documentation by producing accurate architectural drawings and maintaining high-quality drafting standards.

Specifically, You Will

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop, update, and maintain Revit models and AutoCAD drawing sets.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• Assist in the preparation of permit submissions and construction documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, project requirements, and company drafting standards.
