Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to support architectural design and permitting for a boutique hospitality project in the Philippines. You will convert hand-drawn 2D concepts into precise CAD drawings suitable for submission to building authorities.

Ideal candidates have strong CAD skills (AutoCAD or similar), an eye for architectural detail, and the ability to translate client visions into technical drawings with accuracy and independence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar drafting tools).
• Experience producing architectural or construction-related drawings (floor plans, elevations, renderings).
• Ability to translate rough sketches and visual references into precise technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for permit-ready documentation.

• Strong communication skills and responsiveness.

Responsibilities
