Job summary

C.M Pancho Construction Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Drafting Technician to convert sketches into precise construction blueprints, produce shop and as-built drawings, and ensure accuracy on site.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of graduate experience in Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, with strong AutoCAD skills and the ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years Graduate in Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong, proven skill in AutoCAD (2D and sometimes 3D) alongside basic office software.
• Ability to read complex architectural, structural, and MEP blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Plans: Convert rough sketches, notes, and calculations into clean construction blueprints.
• Creating Shop and As-Built Drawings: Produce shop drawings and final record drawings showing how a project was built.
• Checking for Clashes: Review designs to ensure systems do not overlap or conflict.
• Revising Drafts: Update plans quickly when site conditions change or feedback is given.
• Site Coordination: Visit sites or talk with project teams to check practicality and compliance.
