Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a CAD CAFM Support and Supervision specialist to manage design services workflows, feasibility reviews, and standard applications. You will work with clients, internal PMs and vendors to ensure accurate, auditable deliverables and timely design solutions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design providers, preparing plans and space layouts, and presenting trainings to project teams. No formal supervisory duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD and CAFM in design projects.
• Ability to interface with clients for design solutions.
• Prepares preliminary plans and budgets.
• Coordinates with design service providers for timely deliverables.
• Creates stacking and space plans and supports value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepares presentations and trainings for PMs and clients.
• Responds to client inquiries and provides design insights.
• Assists in feasibility studies and standards applications.
• Ensures design deliverables are accurate and auditable.
• Mentors coworkers with technical guidance when needed.
