Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Makati City, Philippines is seeking a CAD/CAFM Administrator to provide CAD and CAFM support across design initiatives.

You will manage feasibility studies, standards applications, exterior design, and signage, coordinating with clients, PMs, and design teams to ensure compliant, value-driven outcomes. The role involves design reviews, client approvals, and preparing space plans, budgets, and reports, while applying industry knowledge and continuous improvement in design

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in AD/CAFM, Architectural Technology, AutoCAD, or equivalent preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience with extensive corporate and retail design experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a CAD/CAFM Architectural Technologist or interior Designer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CAD and CAFM support for feasibility studies, standards applications, exterior design, and signage initiatives.
• Manage processing, documentation, tracking, and reporting of design and standards-related exercises.
• Interface directly with clients to provide design solutions aligned with business, brand, and operational standards.
• Administer design reviews and obtain client approvals for new projects and initiatives.
• Prepare preliminary plans, budgets, stacking and blocking plans, and space plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external design service providers to ensure deliverables are accurate and timely.
