Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience as CAD Operator, Draftsman, or similar role.
• Preferably with hands-on experience in residential or real estate construction projects.
• Proficient in 2D and 3D drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Revit or similar software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all drawings and documentation.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback or project changes.
• Interpret sketches and project specifications provided by engineers or architects.
• Develop and modify detailed 2D and 3D drawings.
• Conduct site visits for measurement, verification, and as-built drawings when necessary.
• Manage and organize files and documentation in a centralized database for easy access.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors or architects as needed to align designs with project goals.
