Job summary

ACCIONA Construction is seeking a Tower Manager based in the Philippines to lead the construction of main bridge towers for a cable-stayed bridge project. You will ensure planning, coordination, progress monitoring, and execution of tower works in line with schedule, technical requirements, quality standards, and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 15+ years total experience in civil construction or similar.
• 10+ years in marine bridge construction or related projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of cable-stayed bridge towers.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities related to the tower section.
• Coordinate with the Deputy Project Manager and Main Bridge Team.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and work sequences for each tower lift.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and resource allocation.
• Report daily and weekly progress to the construction management team.
