ACCIONA Construction is seeking a Tower Manager based in the Philippines to lead the construction of main bridge towers, ensuring planning, coordination, progress monitoring and execution aligned with schedule, quality, and safety standards.

The role requires extensive experience in cable‑stayed bridge tower construction, leadership skills, and professional English proficiency to manage multicultural teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15 years total experience in civil construction roles.
• 10 years in marine bridge construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cable‑stayed bridge tower construction.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities related to the tower section.
• Coordinate with Deputy Project Manager and Main Bridge Team.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and work sequences for each tower lift.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and resource allocation.
• Report daily and weekly progress to the construction management team.
