Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai invites applications for a Manager Finance to support the AVP of financial reporting, tax, audits, and decision making. This on-premise role reports to the Financial Controller and requires CA with strong technical accounting knowledge.

The ideal candidate will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, drive consolidation across entities, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and audits while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with 3–5 years post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and consolidation of multiple entities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IndAS financial statements for multiple entities including section 8 company.
• Lead the consolidation of group companies as per IndAS.
• Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting, business modelling, and investor presentations.
• Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
